In 2015, Qantas Airways Limited set up a market research panel sourced from its frequent flyer program, known as “Red Planet". To achieve this, QOR provided all the key operational elements of our 100,000+ strong panel.
We were entirely satisfied with the quality of the services provided by QOR, the commitment and responsiveness of its team and the expertise it demonstrated in providing the operational management of our panel and project fieldwork during this time.
Their support and expertise helped us deliver what was a complex and challenging project on time, on budget and with the issues that naturally arise during such a process resolved well.
QOR worked very closely with the Qantas and Red Planet teams and our internal stakeholders and were a solid and appreciated partner of our business.
Whilst we migrated the panel in 2016, this was for unrelated commercial reasons and QOR's assistance in this migration was both professional and appreciated.
